I worked for Moles Bros. Mobil from 1973-1977. While my Uncle Joe taught me the people side of business,it was my Uncle Frank that taught me the nuts & bolts of the business. I broke more cars in the beginning than fixed but Uncle Frank stayed with me patiently. Uncle Frank & I met most mornings at Matthews Diner for breakfast, where of course he'd pick up the tab, then off to work.Some days he was quiet but he had a very keen,sharp & dry wit. I stayed in the automotive business for almost 45 years. I owned my own shop for 20 of those years. I wouldn't be where I am today without my Uncle Frank.

A true gentleman, Frank was one of my first customers at the bakery each morning. He loved his cup of coffee! We would talk about anything and everything! It was so hard to see Frank decline. The man I met several years ago enjoyed his golf games and was a proud veteran, never missing a Fourth of July parade! To his family and friends, I extend my deepest sympathy.
