I have known Walter and Eileen for several years now socially through membership to RP pool. I have also had occasion to do electrical work in their home. Walter always struck me as a very lovely man who would chat with me as I did my work, he also did anything he could to assist me whenever possible. As an older person working alone, his help was welcomed by me.Sharing their lunch with me and always offering me coffee made these occasions all the more delightful. sitting at the kitchen table with Walter and Eileen reinforced the welcome I felt and the good feelings of their kindness. Despite Daisy's barking.
So it is with a heavy heart that I offer my deep sympathy, along with my mother Jean's to Eileen and her entire family.
God bless you all.

My favorite Uncle Walter.
I dedicate this yellow candle to you because of what the color represents.
Yellow is the color of sunshine. It is associated with the joy, happiness and warmth you brought into our lives. Your presence alone was a ray of sunshine. The room will be a little less bright without you in it. I'm sad I won't get to feel your bear hugs again, they were my favorite. You'll always be my favorite uncle and I'll never forget that charming smile! I know my grandparents will take good care of you. Until we meet agin... This ones for you. I love you always. - Kerry

Dear Eileen,
I was saddened to learn about the loss of your husband Walter. There are no words to console the grief of losing a spouse. May the good times and fond memories you have help you through this impossibly difficult time.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family,
Carolyn Hennessy

Rip, Uncle Walter, my God father and my dad called you his best friend
Funny memories ... you telling Abby when she was little - it was your Birthday not Hers July 19...
or you popping out your teeth when I was little and another memory the flash light under your chin when we would go lake.
I am glad this summer my kids got the tour of the beach with you and we got to see it from your eyes
