Obituary of Helen H Rhei

박환순 사모님은 아버지 박영균 씨와 어머니 한양녀 여사1남 1녀 중 둘째로 1931년 3월 28일에 일본 나고야에서 출생하셨다 생후 2살 해인 1933년에 가족들과 함께 귀국 충청남도 대덕군 용두리 현 대전시에서 자라나셨다 중등 교육은 대전에 소재한 대동고녀 현 대전 여고를 우수한 성적으로 졸업하시고 1951년부터 1955년까지 서울애  소재한 이화여자대학교 법정대학 정외과를 졸업하셨다 1955년 5월 20일에 연세대학교 정치외교학과를 졸업한 이충구군과 결혼하셨다 한국의 해외 정책으로 인해 1963년에야 사랑하는 남편을 따라도미하시어 해리 에스더 루시 메리 낸시 의 1남 4녀를 두셨고 샌드라 데이빗 캐터린 맥스웰의 손자녀를 두셨다 2024년 12월 4일 새벽 3시에 하나님의 부름을 받으셨다 

Helen Rhei, aged 93, of Ridgefield Park, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Born in Nagoya, Japan to the late Yang Nyo Han and the late Young Gyoon Park, Helen moved to Daejeon, Korea at 2 years old and later attended EWHA Women’s University, where she studied Law & Political Science from 1951 to 1955. A dedicated entrepreneur, she owned and operated a successful Korean food operation. Helen was predeceased by her beloved husband Reverand Samuel C.K. Rhei, and the loving mother of Harry Rhei, Esther Rhei, Ruth Rhei, Mary Rhei, and Nancy Rhei Gorer.  A proud grandmother to Sandra, David, Cathryn, and Maxwell, Helen cherished her family above all. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A visitation in Helen’s honor will be held Saturday, December 14 th, beginning at 9 AM with service immediately following at 9:30am and concluding at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Maple Grove Park Cemetery, Hackensack.
