Obituary of Joseph Michael Cuozzo

Ridgefield Park- Joseph Michael Cuozzo, 68, of Ridgefield Park passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. He is survived by his mother Rita, wife Sandra (Petrocelli), and his sons  Vincent and Joseph. He is also a beloved uncle to his many nephews and nieces as well as an adored cousin.

Joe volunteered his time as a youth football and baseball coach for many years for his sons. He was a coach for Ridgefield Park Farm League and Little League. Joe served as both a volunteer coach and Vice President for the Ridgefield Park Junior Football Association.

For 45 years, Joe worked in the printing industry. He then used his expertise to work as a Facilities Manager for DHL Shipping for 5 years, before retiring in 2021.

Joe will always be remembered as a loving son,  husband,  father, uncle, godfather and friend. He was an avid supporter of many charities but most importantly St. Jude’s Children Hospital and the Wounded Warrior Project. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe’s name to these causes are greatly appreciated.

Visitation will be Friday July 26, 2024, 4-8pm at Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home 59 Main Street Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660.  The Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Francis RC Church, Ridgefield Park,  NJ 07660 at 10am. Entombment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ
