Oscar's greatest joy was his family. He was married to the love of his life, Elvia, for 66 beautiful years. Together, they built a family that brought immense pride and happiness. Despite these losses, Oscar's spirit remained strong and his heart full of love.  A man of deep commitment to his community, Oscar was a founding member of the New York Cubans Lions Club, dedicating over 40 years to its mission. His love for family, community service, and his passion for dominos were well-known.
