Obituary of Anthony Reo

Anthony Reo, 54, formerly of Ridgefield Park and Little Ferry passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, December 7, 2023.  He survived by his wife Colleen (nee O’Sullivan). Devoted father of Joseph, Katelynn, and Samantha .  The greatest joy in his life were his cherished grandchildren Michael, Mason, and Nevaeh.  He is also survived by his dear siblings Elizabeth, Susan, and Ralph.

Anthony was born in Long Branch, NJ to Elizabeth (nee Thomas) and Anthony Reo.  He worked as a Plumber both independently and for various companies.  Anthony had a big heart and loved to serve his community.  He volunteered at the Ridgefield Park Fire Department Engine #3 and the Bogota Fire Department Engine#1.  Anthony took pride in his work and enjoyed being part of a team and making new friends along the way.  Family was most important to Anthony he showed unconditional love and support and brought out the best in everyone.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him and remembered for his kindness and strength. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14^th from 4-8 P.M. The Firemen’s Service will be conducted at 7:30pm.  Cremation will be private.
