Obituary of Carol Doris Feiler

Carol Doris Feiler (nee Hanson), 84, of Teaneck (formerly of Paramus), passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.  She was the beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Feiler.  Carol was the devoted mother of Cheryl Butler and John Feiler and his wife Jordon.  The greatest joy in her life were her cherished grandchildren Johnny, Caitlin, Rainier, Alison, Avalon, and Joe.  Carol was predeceased by a dear brother Russell Hansen. 

Carol was the daughter of the late Hazel (nee Henrich) and the late Joseph Hansen.  She worked at Mitsui Foods as an Insurance Claim Manager for many years before retiring.  Carol was a proud 60-year member of the Eastern Star Chapter Tilden & Atlas and served as a past Matron and Grand Officer.  Carol was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was always there when you needed her.  She had many friends and was a well-loved member of her community.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 beginning at 1 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM, and Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Service at the funeral home beginning at 10 AM and concluding at 11:30 AM.  Cremation will be private.
