Eva Jovanna Jurado-Poss of Ridgefield Park passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at the age of 45 while surrounded by loved ones.  Eva was born in New York City to Marcos and Eva Jurado. She was a self-employed paralegal who successfully started her own company in the midst of a pandemic and loved every day of her job. She was an avid runner, great dancer and enjoyed bringing family together. She was involved in Heavy Rescue Squad of Ridgefield Park and dedicated her life to her sons & husband. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in English in 1999 and went on to complete her Master of Arts in Psychology in 2004. She subsequently obtained her Paralegal certificate in 2014. Beloved wife of Steven and devoted mother to Daniel, Andrew, and Matthew. She is survived by her parents, Marcos & Eva and her siblings Julissa and Rogelio Eduardo Jurado. The viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 20th at Vorhees-Ingwersen Funeral Home of Ridgefield Park from 4-8pm. Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 21st at the St. Francis of Assisi Church in Ridgefield Park at 10:30am. Entombment to follow at Madonna Mausoleum in Fort Lee. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eva's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
