It is with sadness that I have belatedly read the notice for Mr. Raap. He and his wife Hilda were cherished neighbors for about all of my life in RP. Both could be relied upon for a friendly encounter with a smile and a gaze that would be met unequivocally. Their manner was impeccable and their property pristine. They were a true "plus" to RP living. I will miss them.
