Obituary of John "Jack" Kehoe

John “Jack” Kehoe, of Little Ferry, formerly of the Bronx, NY, passed away with family by his side on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the age of 95 years. He was a veteran of the United States Navy during World War II. John retired after 30 years of service as a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service in New York. He also worked in the mailroom for the New York Times for many years. Member of the Little Ferry Seniors, VFW Post 809 of Little Ferry, and American Legion Post 310 of Little Ferry. Parishioner of St. Margaret of Cortona R.C. Church in Little Ferry. Beloved husband of Rose Marie (nee Cullen) for 64 years. Devoted father of Jack Kehoe and his wife Liz, Robert Kehoe, Janet Savko and her husband Jim, and the late James Kehoe who passed away in 2018. Cherished grandfather of John Thomas, Dominique McCarthy and her husband Joe, Jaclyn Keegan and her husband Ryan, Allison, Lindsey, James, Christopher, and Kayla. Dearest brother of the late Virginia Dundon and Marion Thompson. John also leaves behind his adoring nieces Rosemary Marquez and her family, Kelly Jean Daub and her family, Kathy Ann Sheehan and her family, nephews, and cousins. The funeral mass will be offered 11AM on Thursday, March 24th at St. Margaret’s of Cortona R.C. Church in Little Ferry. Cremation is private. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4PM to 8PM.
