Our sincere condolences to the family. Rich was like a grandfather to my children. We have lived next door for a few years. Going outside and seeing his smiling face will forever be imbedded in my heart. I will miss our talks and our “good morning neighbor”. And the way he knew that the key to talking to Reyna was a bag of Doritos. He will be missed terribly.
