I was John's first friend. His birthday was September 9th and mine was 3 months later at December 9th. Our parents were best friends, they were my Aunt Doris & Uncle John. I was a teenager before I realized they were not my blood relatives. John and I were in every class together until 7th grade. After college John worked for me for a long time. We grew apart after he left my employ but I always hoped he would find true happiness. I am confident we will meet again some day, and continue what we started 61 years ago. Goodbye my first friend! I will always be there for you.
