Obituary of Agnes Sowizral O'Gara

O’Gara, Agnes (nee Sowizral), of River Edge, formerly of Ridgefield Park, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the age of 84 years. Retired secretary for the Village of Ridgefield Park Board of Education. Member of the River Edge, New Milford Seniors, St. Francis Catholic Daughters, and St. Joseph’s Shawl Ministry. Beloved wife of the late Thomas F. O’Gara who passed away in 2015. Loving mother of Noreen Coleman, Jean Marie Zuhl and her husband Wayne, and Susan Ginch and her husband Mike. Cherished grandmother of Danielle, Keri, Theresa, Elizabeth, Paul, Michael, and Will. Dearest sister of the late Stanley Sowizral and Paul Sowizral. The funeral from Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home at 9AM on Tuesday, December 22nd. The funeral mass will be offered 9:30AM at St. Francis R.C. Church, Ridgefield Park. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah. Visitation will be on Monday from 4 to 6PM.
