Frances is fondly remembered by the Newell Family in Galway, Ireland. Visiting Ireland in the 1980's with Patrick, Frances would bring us a case-load of toys and clothes and American candy, and we will never forget her generosity, rest in peace.
What a kind and generous soul. I was so very fond of her and her lovely spirit. Se will be as missed as she was cherished by all. With all my love and deepest condolences.

I have been friends with Frances since we were teenagers and worked in Kresges together. We were in each other's wedding party. God bless Frances and her family during this difficult time.
