Obituary of Jeffrey Saxton

Saxton, Jeffrey, Bennett, of Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, passed away at age 60 on December 10, 2015 in his home. He was born July 31, 1955 to the late Clifford Benjamin Saxton and Lucille Keith Duncan in Queens, NYC. He is survived by his daughter Jasmine Saxton-Mariah, his sons Dimetri Saxton-Mariah and Jeremy Saxton-Mariah, his dear friend Brandy Mariah, and his sisters Susan Wilson and Lucy Coleman. Jeff Saxton helped found the Ridgefield Tenants Organization and helped open the Ridgefield Youth Center. Jeff worked at Colgate-Palmolive Global Technology Center as a Chemist. He was involved in the For Us By Us center in Englewood and enjoyed being a member of the Folk Project of Northern New Jersey. He was also a member of many Wildlife and Nature Centers throughout his life. Jeff Saxton was a loving father with a big heart and will be missed. A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Jeff Saxton will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2015 10am to 12pm at Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home, 59 Main Street Ridgefield Park.
