Obituary of Theresa A. Bavaro

Bavaro, Theresa A. (nee Vanderheyden), formerly of Little Ferry, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Born in Jersey City and raised in Hoboken for 36 years, Theresa moved to Little Ferry in 1972 where she resided for 47 years. She retired in 2009 as a bank teller for Chase Bank in Fair Lawn. Parishioner of St. Margaret of Cortona R.C. Church of Little Ferry. Beloved mother of Catherine Tronlone and her husband John of Little Ferry, Michael J. Bavaro and his wife Linda of Monmouth Junction and Patrice Olson and her husband Brian of Minneapolis, MN. Cherished grandmother of Virginia, Colleen, Dominic, Anthony, Joseph and Sydnie. Adoring great grandmother of Elizabeth. Dearest sister of the late Thomas, Phillip, John, and Joseph Vanderheyden and Mary Urso.  Funeral from Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home on Friday, December 14th at 10 AM followed by the Funeral Mass 11 AM at St. Margaret of Cortona R.C. Church of Little Ferry. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Visitation on Thursday from 4 – 8 PM.
