Obituary of Eugene Kelly

Kelly, Eugene, age, 81 of Ridgefield Park  passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on February 7, 2018.  Eugene was born in County Galway, Ireland he came to the United States in  June 1958  . Prior to his retirement, Eugene was a Bus Driver for 25 years at Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority. He then worked for 17 years as the head of maintenance for the Teaneck Public Library.  He was a member of the Bergen Irish in Dumont.  Eugene was a longtime  parishioner and Usher of St. Francis RC Church.

 He is predeceased by his Beloved wife of 52 years, Agnes Kelly (Reilly). Loving father to Sally Ann O’Shea and her husband John, Thomas Kelly and his wife Katharine, Susan Glynn and her husband Michael.  Cherished grandfather to Kerry, Patrick, Brendan, Connor, Niall, Meghan, and Eoin. Dear brother to Patrick Kelly, Theresa Gaynor and Sarah O’Grady. Eugene is predeceased by 12 other siblings.Funeral Saturday from the Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home 59 Main Street Ridgefield Park, NJ 10:00am.  Mass 11:00am  at Saint Francis RC Church in Ridgefield Park. Interment  will be at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
