Don was in my sister's class in school. When he was in 8th grade and I was in 3rd at Roosevelt School, he would ride his bike to my house and take me for a ride on his handlebars. I felt like a princess. He was so sweet to pay attention to a little kid who thought he was pretty special.
My heart goes out to all of you on the loss of Donald. I’ll always remember his smile and his and Karin’s warmest hospitality to me and anyone who met them. I’m thankful for the opportunity to be in their lives many years ago.

Please accept Rob's and my condolences for the passing of your dad. Don was very special to both of us as he always made us feel welcome any time we had the pleasure of his company. Your dad was a wise man, but at the same time had a wonderful sense of humor; he will be missed and remembered often. Karin is happy to have him back...they both will always be with you. God bless.
