Obituary of Isabella LaRocco
~~LaRocco, Isabella (nee DeLizza) age 92 of Ridgefield Park passed away peacefully on May 19, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She retired as a secretary with NJ Unemployment Office in Hackensack. Isabella was a member of the Ridgefield Park Seniors, Emblem Club and St. Francis Mothers Guild. She was active in the St Francis Players for many years, and best known as “Bloody Mary” in their production of South Pacific. She enjoyed bus trips to Atlantic City with the seniors, playing her piano, and her NY Mets. Most especially she loved celebrating July 4th in Ridgefield Park.
Beloved wife to the late Leonard. Devoted mother to Lorraine Kolankowski and her husband Pete, and the late Theresa Graham and her late husband Richard Graham. Loving grandmother to Peter and his wife Sandy, Kevin Kolankowski and his wife Carolyn, Joseph Kolankowski, Nicole Labor and her husband Lee, and Sabrina Graham. Loving great-grandmother “Nanster” to Dylan, Bodhi and Gabriel Kolankowski, Caiden and Evan Graham, and eagerly awaiting the arrival of Baby Girl Labor. Dear sister to Marguerite Dellano and the late Frank DeLizza and Rose Bollettieri. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home 59 Main St Ridgefield Park on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be offered at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Bogota at 10 AM.
