Dear Peggy, Ed, Julie, Genna, Liz and Hudson,
I was so sorry to hear of Herb's passing. I always looked forward to seeing him at Xavier's Beefsteak Dinner each January.
He was a soft spoken, very nice person - a true gentleman. May he rest in peace.

Please accept my condolences on your loss. Although I am unable to attend the services know I will be there in spirit.Herb was a professional that shared his knowledge with us at the railroad for those willing to learn. In the last fifteen years it would be safe to say I spent as much time with him as I did my wife and kids. There is now a void in our lives as well as yours. As I continue my own fight with this dastardly disease, I will celebrate his life and cherish the memories of which there are many. Once again my condolences PSL
