Obituary of Eileen L Mc Cooey

Mc Cooey, Eileen, L. of Ridgefield Park, NJ passed away on October 25, 2016, at the age of 58. Eileen is a graduate of Boston College. She lived in Ridgefield Park for 25 years. She was a generous supporter of Ridgefield Park civic organizations especially the Fire Department, enjoyed breakfast at the Elks Club and going into the city for all New York had to offer. Eileen worked as a salesperson for The International Paper Company and its subsidiaries. Born in Dover, New Hampshire to the late Sandra (nee Oshetski) and Dr. James McCooey, she is survived by her loving sisters Kathleen Hering, Patricia Wilcox, nieces, nephews and cousins. Eileen attended Dover High School, and maintained strong friendships dating from her childhood. Those who wish may make donations in memory of Eileen to the Ridgefield Park Volunteer Ambulance Corps, 48 Main Street Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 and Ridgefield Park Volunteer Fire Department, 50 Main Street, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660, or to Dover Recreation Department. A celebration of Eileen’s life will be held at the convenience of the family.
