Obituary of Maryann Gratzel

~~Gratzel, Maryann  a native of Hackensack passed away peacefully at the age of 57 surrounded by her beloved children and a few closes friends on May 25, 2017.  Maryann was born May 5, 1960 in Hackensack to Muriel and Anthony Gratzel and later moved to Little Ferry where she spent most of her adult life.  She is survived by her children Anthony Gratzel, Rory Puntasecca and Trudy Gratzel, her sister Antonette and her two nephews, Chris, David and her half-brother Chermack. Maryann is also survived by her former husband Rory Puntasecca, Sr.  Memorial visitation on Friday 7-9pm, service at 8:30pm at  Vorhees Ingwersen Funeral Home 59 Main St. Ridgefield Park.  In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations be made to John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center, Hackensack, NJ  or St. Francis RC Church Food Pantry, Ridgefield Park.  Please keep Maryann and her family in your prayers during this difficult time.  “We do not want you to be unaware, brothers, about those who have fallen asleep, so that you may not grieve like the rest, who have no hope.  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose, so too will God, through Jesus, bring with him those who have fallen asleep.” 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14.
